The Department of Philosophy, Logic and Scientific Method is committed to doing excellent research and teaching in philosophy in a manner that is continuous with the social and natural sciences and is socially relevant. We invite applications for the position of Undergraduate Programmes Manager. The successful candidate will assume responsibility for the management of all undergraduate programmes within the department. Working closely with the Department Manager and Teaching Delivery Manager, faculty, Programme Managers and students, the Undergraduate Programmes Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience and ensuring the success of our undergraduate programmes.
We seek an individual with a proven track record of success in programme management and a commitment to undergraduate education. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication and organisational skills, be highly IT literate and be educated to degree level or equivalent. They should be enthusiastic and ready to work well within a busy office environment and deal with a varied workload.
