Job Summary:
We are seeking to recruit a Programme Manager within the Finance Suite of programmes. The suite recruits approximately a third of all admitted Business School students each year and has a large international representation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Senior Programme Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to become a key player in a dynamic, supportive, and engaging team supporting MSc students.
You will be responsible for coordinating the effective and efficient delivery of our programmes, overseeing the operation, review and development of administrative processes.
Flexibility is essential as you strive to meet high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction, ensuring an exceptional student experience. You will also regularly evaluate procedures and proactively propose operational and strategic improvements.
Essential Requirements:
You should have excellent communication skills and be customer service oriented. You will be comfortable balancing multiple deadlines and prioritising effectively.
You will have a commitment to providing high quality support and smooth operational delivery of the programme. You will also have the ability to work under pressure, working both independently and within a team.
You should have experience working with MS Office and large amounts of data, as well as excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Experience of managing, supporting, or coordinating projects, activities or events to time and budget is also essential. Previous experience of working in higher education is desirable.
